Replace all the o2 sensors today, did notice the actual drops of oil on the ground are coming from the boot on the rack and pinion. For some reason I though the pitman arm was bad because the steering on the truck is SUPER loose and feels like your driving a boat. I'm gonna go ahead and order a new one today. There is def a trans line coming out of the rad that has signs of leakage but doesn't look too bad.

Tuned it up and swapped out the rack and pinion which was causing the second leak and the truck to handle all over the place. Decided to check compression while swapping out all the plugs. Everything was between 1-3 PSI, hard to see on the gauge but between 167-170 PSI so the bottom end looks good. The lower trans line was leaking and spraying on the front of the block, i cut a replacement line and connected it to the old one by the pulley for now. When i rip the trans out I will end up swapping them both for new lines but for now this should work.

Come down for the build! When the kit comes I'm pretty sure I can bang it out in a day or so. I found a mobile welder/fab guy so the welding is sorted.

I would hope after soaking them for that long that they would come out without issue. I just did mine for a day before and I got lucky. Glad to hear that went off without a hitch.

That’s a good idea, soaking them that long. I soaked mine on my red truck before I did headers for 2 days and still snapped 2

Good thing i returned the Aero AT3030 for the 3030XL. Exhaust is stupid loud with the tubes. Still awaiting on black bear for the tune and FLT for the trans.

Iinstallation looks stupid simple since the shock box just slides right between the OEM UCA mounts. Think the hardest part is lopping off the stock coil spring mount.
