It's not the glare, it's the beam pattern. Its their 'wide driving' pattern which is more of a close range flood light. Light was all over the place when I had them mounted below my OnX bar. Yeah I thought about that. But after putting projectors in my last truck, I can't go back to plug &...

Fuck yeah daylight savings time. Low beams only Lol Aiming was pretty good seeing as I didn't do any lol. The beam hits the ground in almost the exact same spot (distance wise) from the truck. Spread is pretty good too

done. couldn't get a pipe cap to fit. it's sealed with a good amount of silicon, but if it leaks oh well. waiting for it to get dark to check light output.

Yeah the light is pretty big, the face is like 3x3 and I'm guessing about 2.5" x 2.5" where it comes through the housing. I didn't think about those pipe caps, I might have to take a field trip to the hardware store tomorrow. Thanks for the tip

Quite a bit, unfortunately. The two top mounts stayed, the bottom adjustable mount had to go. The two upper mounts on these are a tighter fit than the stock ones were, so it holds the housing and keeps it from moving.
