i have a set of 1.5 inch spacers sitting in my shop too, but for 8x180. Didn't install them for that reason.

I think you will have to trim the studs with 1.5 inch spacers, just FYI.

i mean, you should tape up your oem wires either way. but it almost sounds like the ATT is enabling if you HU has that feature. pg 86 of your manual, try turning the feature off and see if that happens to do anything. then start testing things individually. disconnect the sub amp, run the highs...
