Only time will tell, used the same paint I painted my calipers with on my old Sierra, they still looked clean after 3 years when I sold it.

I love them for the visibility, hate the smaller mirrors, but also not sure how'd they'd look on a Tahoe either. Got them off Ebay, sometime last fall with a 10% off weekend deal.

I like Jet Stream blue out of these colors. IMO White Diamond is a, for lack of a better term ugly color, it just looks too dingy for my liking. Platinum Ice looks pretty good though.

Is your black section still good on your grille? Get the a/m grille, cut the black section out where it's welded to the chrome section, and put your old center section in the new grille, epoxying where it was plastic welded.

Next time to make life easier, follow the 2000 with trizact 3000 and then trizact 5000. Way easier to get out than 2000g scratches. But looks great so far.
