On the new to me 08 TB the service stabilitrak light along with the stabilitrak light have been intermittently coming on(staying on) until you restart the truck. They then go out and dont come back on for a while. It doesnt do it every time you start the truck, like I said its intermittent and goes away upon restart. I hooked my scanner up when the light wasnt on and it pulled C0455 Steering wheel angle sensor performance and C0186 lateral accelerometer circuit malfunction out of history.
Any help? Ive never had a stabilitrak vehicle before so its a new system to me. The truck is under warranty so its not getting fixed on my dime, Id just like to know whats wrong so I can better understand and relay to the dealership.
