So I've pretty much been stuck with adams and SCG so I want to try something new. With so much on the market the info is just overwhelming. So like the title says what pads and polishes are you using? Tool is a flex 3401. I've read that the LC hybrid pads are the best combination with the flex.

CarPro pads, foam and MF pads depending on the situation.

I've been using Shine Supply Classic cut for most the polishing i do. Flat top for the really fucked paint. But i dont like much of the rest of Shine Supply collection.

The paint on my truck is pretty fucked. Bad water spots from the previous owner. You know it's bad when people that aren't into detailing are like you need to clean your truck, and you just cleaned it the day before lol. I know a good bit of the truck has been repainted so I'm thinking of sanding it down with 3000 on a DA and polishing.

Looking for something away from AP and SCG?

Look at C.A.R. I like everything I've tried.

Personally I thnk the SCG Cut is top notch therefore I've no reason or enough shit to polish out to need more. Look into Gloss-It's 4 step stuff also. Impressed me.

Pads...I haven't bought in forever so I don't even know who's trying to reinvent that wheel right now.
