55 chevy build

Me and the gramps drove to Atlanta Georgia the other day and put down a deposit on a motor. They are building me a 383 stroker with dual quads on it. Should be ready in 3-4 weeks. Reason we went all the way there is because they used to build all his race motors back in the day

What's the name of the place? My dad knows a lot of the engine builders down here
