This is gonna be a thread to document the progress on my Sierra, it's called a bucket of mixed emotions because it's been up and down with this thing since the day I bought it. It's a 2003.5 ECSB 4wd GMC sierra work truck edition, it was a municipality truck I bought for 3600 bucks. The truck had 175,xxx on it when I bought it, it was a 5.3, 4l60e truck.

If anyone needs info on the difference between the 4l60e and 4l70e and what it takes to swap it feel free to ask.

What I have done since I have bought it
- Swapped rubber floor mat out for carpet
- picked up a full length 03 center console for 14 bucks need to get a couple parts for that before i put it in
- 2006 4l70e out of a TBSS
- Shorter stock antenna
- Color matched grill emblem
- cleaned interior and added some memphis door speakers
- pulled the 2" lift block out of the back to level it out
- intake manifold gaskets/pcv valve/air filter
- DDM Tuning 35w 5k hids (in the stock housings)
To-DO
- Finish building the sub box
- tint front windows
- fix the little bit of rust on the truck
- get fogs
- upgrade to bose door panels
- I was gonna lower it but I have had 6 lowered trucks, I decided I am gonna lift this thing. I saw another thread on here and i love the lift on the truck it's gonna be a 4" spindle in the front and 3" block in the back and a 1.5" body lift
- build rear end
- build a new short block for the truck, the current 5.3 is a ticking time bomb has had a cracked 706 head for years.
