I'm hardly paying anything now, a good buddy of mine is doing it dirt cheap. And I'll get better in town mileage for the time being. So I'm saving myself some trouble by doing it this way.

Gears are in. New front and rear brake pads. Shackles set 1" higher because no fgt squat when driving. ECM comes out and goes to Cubby Tuesday morning for retune.

No you won't my 04 had 4.10s and got about 10 all in town and that was stock on super light 265s Goodyear ATs(each weel/tire combo was lighter than an OE 20) it will certainly be more fun
 
I get 13 purely in town with 4.10s and 20s with light tires. Average is about 17 right now

It's not my daily anymore so I don't care about mpgs all too much except when I don't have my DD

I daily my moms car and she uses the truck if she needs it. But never needs it lol. I've only put about 1000 miles on it since June.

After gears are installed I'm interested in seeing what kind of head work would result in some gainz. Anyone got some info
