That's some seriously shitty mpg, I've always liked the Rangers. They seem to hold up better than the S10/Sonoma. I always wanted a Sonoma SLS stepside in red lowered with a cowl hood and a V8 swap. Never could find a good platform, also wanted the xtreme. Same issue, always beat the fuck up.

Mines a 2.3 5 speed. If grandma's(which is easy as it so slow) it get 32.5, if drivne normally it gets 29 mpg. Hand calculated with 17" wheels
