Lost 1st gear in my 6l80 with p0700

Driving to work this morning my mil light came on. I turned around and headed back home and noticed there was no 1st gear. Abs light and trac light on get home and pull the codes
In order
P0700
P0856
U0121
Another u code I forgot what it was though.
Anyone see anything like this ?
I recently did a ls3 TB swap
And fixed a bad wheel speed sensor. We had heavy rain last night when I was driving home.

Monday the truck drove perfectly fine idk if maybe water got into a plug or not. I have checked all connections and came up empty handed.

If the abs lost communication with the abs module ebcm then that's why trac light came on. Ebcm sends a signal an abs module sends one back. It didn't. I can look more into at work

I'm thinking that would cause the other codes as a fail safe "safe" mode correct?

I know this is a forum and the point is to help, but I can appreciate those replies looking from a third party.
