Been walking away from this thing working and living life wrenching on it when i feel like it lol. Decided to swap to ls3 heads and cam for the blower.

Had a 4l80 built with billet shafts and a shift kit done in February so that left the read end being the last weak link/the only thing that hadn’t been touched. Took an 8.8 to get narrowed by a chassis guy was plan was to be just narrowed with moser axles and a girdle but opened it up to find that it needed rebuilt. The fluid looked like it never had the fluid changed. So we decided to go with a better unit instead of rebuilding

Went to put the accessories on for the blower and the brackets i ordered didn’t fit so i bought an lsx concepts race drives with billet pullies it’ll end up putting the blower on its own belt.l and allow me to run what ever lower pulley i want. Just been ordering parts watching them come in

that thing fits in there perfectly

It’s a tight fit lol cut the center of the frame and made a crossmember still had to pull the drain plug on the Holley pan to get it in

played it and ran tubing straight across to the other side

planned on running low mount ac but the brackets i had for the blower hit my power steering box so i bought the race drive and it came with high mount ac

water pump showed up so i three the rest of the drive on. Pinning the crank in the morning and running some lines to start putting this thing back together

Pinned the crank so i could measure the belt for the blower drive accessory drive came with one

First time having both my girls together lol took the truck from my shop to my dads so he could help me wiring everything up. Literally hate wiring lol

Understandable. It's not like building this truck is your day job, and you do still have a lift outside of the shop.
