NBS gauge cluster

It's a loose wire. I bought a escalade cluster that the gear light goes off sometimes, and I have to push down on my dash where the plug is and it will come back on.

If its a 03-06, that's actually pretty common for that PRND123 screen to fail. Sometimes it will intermittently go out before it completely fails.

New cluster, or send it off to someone who can repair it for you.
I wish I could help you. I can replace the bulbs and the stepper motors, but not that screen.
Honestly, I would just wait until it completely goes out. The one on the 04 Silvy at work has been acting up for more than 3 years now, and it still only acts up sometimes.
