Need advise on this 5.3 TB port and polish

Started with the basics marking where the plate is fully shut. I want to attempt to polish the whole thing. 1..2..3.. GO !!!

What is the purpose of this? I have heard that there I basically no point in doing this, as there is NO gains to be had.

im sure you can take those bumps off, just start taking some off little by little

those bumps were only on certain yr TBs....My TB doesnt have those....just grind them off....theres no water jackets or anything :shrug:

I did this on my L33 nbs . To those who say there are no gains they are wrong. I noticed throttle response increase. My truck wasn't faster, just a tiny but quicker. It's cheap and easy to do if your bored. Just don't expect a lot
