quick seal before wax....its as spray can so real easy to apply

sealant is tougher then wax but doesnt have the super shine of wax it just makes it shine. a lot of people use sealant then wax on their DD's for the protection and shine. thats what i do on mine.

I bought Americana and brilliant glaze. Got DVD that covered waxing...or at least that's what my brain is telling me.

Sounds like you're on the right track with your process.

Wash - Clay - Seal - Glaze - Wax.

Any of those can be omitted, but the ones you do need to be performed in that order for the best results.

Two completely different products, my friend.

Sealants are synthetic polymers that are designed for longevity. They chemically bond to your paint when applied and allowed to cure.

Waxes are your last step product (LSP.) The "ride" on top of your finish, giving protection and shine/depth to your paint.

If you want to go whole-hog, use a sealant for longevity, a glaze for jaw-dropping shine, and a wax to lock everything in and simplify the shine from the sealant and glaze.
