If and when demand dictates it... most people don't burn thru that much in a reasonable time so we wanted to get it out there in 16oz varieties first.

I've had a few questions about gallons, but also some people looking for an intermediate size like 32oz - so maybe thats where we'll go first. Too early to say though.
 
16oz is a good size to at least try it at... if you really like it I'm happy to work out special pricing on case quantities on the 16oz until we have a larger bottle solution.
