then just get your blocks and u-bolts elsewhere.

Yes. JSYK if you do a 3" spindle and blocks, your truck will not sit level. The ass end will still be higher than the front. You could do the spindles and a 1" block or spindles, 2" coil spacer and 3" blocks and gain a little height at the same time.
