Scroll down to the bottom of that link, those are what we used at the GM dealership i worked at and we had good results using them for cleaning and protecting. Never had any complaints, etc...also have never used water pump 'lube' (never heard of it either), but im assuming that something that prohibits corrosion and cleans would be good.
