Listen to Hunter. He's got it right. Also, look at the mods wickedmayhem did. They're basically what you're after.

The truck looks good, jelly of the sunroof!

Chevy/GMC Duramax LBZ EGR Delete Kit With Intake Tube

ARP Duramax Head Stud Kit 01-11

There is a couple to start you off marc
I would get DPS5 so can choose as long as you can stay smart and not run max effort all they time.
From what i've heard about air dog lately its a shot in the dark between them and fass on your lift pump the max you will need is 165gph for your plan.

Except do SDP EGR Delete instead, it's the same thing as Sinister's but half the price. You could do the 3" Y-bridge and intercooler piping for the price of that Sinister piece.... yikes. When you take passenger side up pipe off just cut egr port off and weld a 1/4" plate to the end of it and save yourself 100 bucks instead of buying LB7 up pipe.

Don't do headstuds IMO. The only time I've seen studs personally go on LBZ's is from 50+psi on stock studs or shitty tuning with a lot of heat driving around in a smoke tune constantly. Or obviously a ton of HP. Of all the max effort stock fuel, stock turbo Duramax LBZ's I've tuned I've never had studs go once, 15 of them total LBZ's anywhere from 450-550hp and an LMM that had dual fuelers and a 68mm Cheetah and that still has stock studs.

If anything just change all your filters, oil, fuel, ally spin on, check coolant and maybe replace that since its cheap. Check transfer case fluid, front diff and rear too. The rear always seems low from the factory.

Order a pump rub kit from Merchant and do that when it starts to warm up. I did pump rub kit my RC and it was wearing to the point where it had a groove in the case.

I would do PCV as soon as you can though. DNW oil blowby in intercooler/piping/y-bridge/intake runners anymore.

Go to hardware store and get 10' of 5/8" ID heater hose. Then just cut off your PCV pipe where it "T's".... hose clamp heater hose on and run along frame rail.

Don't waste 100 bucks on aluminum pcv ends. Shits retarded
