Could I just do one of those 4 bolt to three bolt adapter plates and run my stock throttle body for now?

That's what I'm going to do for now. Low01silverado did and said it runs just fine.

So all I need is an adapter plate? No wiring till I do new TB? My buddy has one and might just throw it on while it's apart

Should bolt up no problem since you have DBC. All I have to to do now is make a bracket for for mine since it's DBW.

Good to know. Might just make my own adapter plate.. I'm sure I can get some 1/4 aluminum somewhere around here or something.

Lol yes I'm running the adapter. Did the calculations and 78mm TB flows more cfm than even a 6.0 can pull N/A. Bigger isn't always better.

If FI or over 400 cubic inches, then 90mm+ makes a big difference.

Bumpin this so for 99-02 you need the complete NNBS intake with rails and injectors, gaskets, throttle body adapter, injector adaptors and the corvette filter. Am I missing anything? Do you need to do any severe modification like welding? I can handle cutting and bolting on

If you get the new rails, you won't need to cut/modify anything. If you re use your current rails, you will need cut extend them like Bgerald did. The nnbs intake is taller

Did mine like this along with heads and cam, was super easy.
I used the NNBS rails with Marine injectors
3-4 bolt adapter plate
Drive pcv goes on top in the middle of the intake mani
Evap shit i ripped off dont need dat
passenger PCV i drilled and tapped my CAI and threaded in a heater hose fitting then connected it to there as it is on a NNBS stock setup.

BTW you do not need fittings to by pass the TB coolant, remove the hose (drive side) that comes from tb and goes to block its about 5'' long, and take the (passenger side) hose that comes from the radiator and goes to TB just hook that straight up the block where you removed the first hose its plenty long enough.
