Tire size and rim help!!

Hey, I need your guy's opinion. I have a NNBS GMC sierra, I'm doing a 4/7 drop within a week. I'm really not sure what size of tires to run and what offset of rim either. Any feedback would be helpful and awesome. Thanks!

I like my 275/45's on my stock 20's as there is room to go lower. Others say that size leaves too much wheel gap but its all personal preference....you also want a +31 or better offset to be able to tuck no matter what size rim.
