Black Bear or Nelson would be good for mail order tune, find a good tuner locally or see if black bear will be around you for a meet and have it dyno tuned for best results

Reputable local tuning is best, that way if you have any issues you can go right to them.

Next I'd go with a reputable tuner via autocal, BlackBear is a site vendor and will be very accommodating for all of your needs.

I had a 2001 with 4.8 & 5-speed. The tune was a huge improvement.
