Are these wheels ok for my 93 Fleetwood?

So I got these Vision rally rims for my 93 Cadillac Fleetwood. They're the right sizes, 15x7, 5x127 lug.. but I wanted to know how safe and appropriate they are for my car. I'm used to seeing rims with a bore that has a wider seating on the axle than what seems to only fit around it on these. Does that make these hub or lug centric and does it matter? I'm no expert. Also, due to a mix-up during a last minute change, the ones I ordered were 15x8 but they sent me all 15x7's.. the tires I have are most appropriate for 15x8 and I was told if they were fitted on 15x7 there would only be a slight bulge. Is that noticeable and would it be enough to come off unattractive?

I think asking the company about the hub bore would be best. They may not fit the hub, but I will wait for someone who knows more to reply.

First off, nice B-body Fleetwood! Your Caddy uses 5x5 bolt pattern which is the same as 71-98 chevy trucks. If you ordered these wheels in the correct bolt pattern and they fit on the studs then you're good. These wheels don't need to be hub centric, they center the bore by using acorn style lug nuts which center each bolt hole to the studs on the car. Good luck, and post some photos up once you get them mounted!

I got the wrong wheels cause I originally ordered 15x7, but later switched.. slight mix up, nbd. Thanks for the word 04SSHD that's all I think I'll need
