Battery not charging in sperts!

I have a 2004 silverado 2500hd. It's had the dec and occasionally it says battery not charging? I've had my alternator and my battery both tea tested and they both tested good. I did have a loose cable on my battery but it still says it every once in a while. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated!

Mine was my alt. I would check all of your cables, including alt to battery in the red box.
