DFW Factory SFA DMAX. DNW L5P:facepalm2:

Just don’t want the L5P cuz you can’t tune it or some other reason? I’ve heard it’s a powerhouse and everybody loves it except for that

Stock it's a monster I hear too, but I'd like to be able to tune it.
Then again I'm not buying one for a while lol.

Who knows, maybe by the time lots of l5ps start getting out of warranty they'll have cracked the ECM. They say it can't be done, but they said that about the lml, too.

On gmfs someone turned up the brightness and you can see what looks like an SFA under it.

Wouldn't buy a 4/5 without an SFA. It's one thing if it's a 1 ton, but over that, you really want SFA. It's easy, simple, and strong. Would not want my 450 or my durastars with IFS.

The old kodiaks and Topkicks are SFA right?

Yeah, they’re all SFA. I’m sure the new one will be too, doubtful that they changed the chassis. I bet somebody will crack the ECM but it’ll probably take 5-10 years like the dodges did

L5p's are having glow plugs breaking also hearing about piston problems. Have yet to see either here and honestly don't want too lol
