What causes this other than crappy driving? Withing the past month or two the amount of brake dust on my front wheels has gotten terrible. Any reason why?

I always had good luck with Wagner thermoquiet and brakebest select

Whatever is on my car now has none, and I love it

That's what I'm going to do today since I have to rotate my tires anyway. When I need brakes I want to upgrade a little bit any suggestions there?

Ceramic pads will produce the least amount of dust but will eat rotors up quicker

Just checked the driver side and there's plenty of pad and the rotor isn't eat up

So ceramic pads and new rotors could help

You probably have crappy or non-cermamic pads. Oreilly's house brand cheap ceramic BrakeBest pads are the shit imo. Really cheap and really good. No dust, don't wear quick or uneven. I've ran them on my last 4 vehicles and would recommend.

Thanks man! We don't have oreilly's around here though so I'll have to do some looking
