HOod sitting too low

hello,

I recently purchased an early 99 Silverado and the hood is sitting lower than the fenders on both sides when I close it shut. You can see it in the photo I’ve provided, is there I way I can fix this?

It should have those rubber stoppers. Twist them so they raise up

Yeah seems that way to me. The P.O. used it as a work truck but i want to fix it and make it look clean again. Inside and out. Do u know if the 95 model grill will fit properly? I like that style better than the one it has now.

you have to change the headlight mounts, headlights, and the wiring, but you can make it fit the non work truck grill.

you have the work truck front end, good 1997 chevy silverado, or tahoe, or suburban and thats what it would look like

Had the same problem and I just bought rubber stoppers on Ebay.
