Had a buddy us this method. It works, but be careful lol. He had a rotor land in his lap. Was jesty though.

How long do rotors have be in place for them to rusted on that tightly?

a long ass time. i would say latleast 3 pad changes without removing the rotor or anything.

i guess i can ask this here since i am north and its about brakes and rust.....

on my 2003 my brake shields are rusted right through... is it bad too just cut them off with a little dremel tool and leave the brakes exposed ? or do i have to replace them ?

I bent mine when i put the lift on so i just took em off
