You are adding lines that weren't there before, so as far as the existing line goes you are adding in conjunction. The rest aren't there to begin with so you are adding stand alone

Maybe that's what you did I replaced stock wiring

You also did the starter iirc which I didn't. So other than adding lines that aren't currently there, there is only one line(alt-bat) that you could even replace if you wanted to. Why you would replace as opposed to adding additional pathways is beyond me though. But I guess to each his own

I replaced every wire that connects to my battery, there's not a single factory wire left connecting there.
When you say in conjunction it sounds like your saying I added my 1/0 to the factory wire going from the battery to the dist box which with my 1/0 already there is useless to leave the stock wiring

I forgot you did the distro box too, in which case you're right. But as far as "traditional" big 3/4 go you don't replace any, at least in any thread I've read

I had to have replaced other wires but without remembering what the stock wiring looks like I can't say what
What wires come off the battery from the factory?
