Khaos' RCSB Thread

Right now, probably not unfortunately. Taking time off is really hard. Being on call is weird. We're either super busy or there's nothing at all. But I'm guaranteed a weekly salary even if I don't work so long as I stay on call. The second I'm not I lose that. So if I take off for the few days for the show and I didn't work that week, I basically cut my pay in half.

Next year will be so much better because I'll have 2 weeks vaca time

Truck is coming together!

I get 6 weeks of vacation, but like you, on call, have to respond to all emails within 24 hours, maintain files etc. Even when on vacation. At times it not even worth it.

I call them posponings

That thing sounds fuckin beast!! Probably the best sounding truck I've heard honestly. What are your cam and exhaust specs incase I missed them.

Damn thanks man.

Cam is a Thompson grind. 226/232 578/587 on a 115 (111+4). Exhaust isn't anything special. Pacesetter Long tubes, ORY, 18" Magnaflow that's 5 years old, stock location exit.

Haven't tallied it up cus I don't really wanna know hahaha.

I will say I should've probably just turbo'd the 4.8 and made more power for less or equivalent $$ spent

Truck sounds amazing btw Chris! My brother is a stupid fuck and doesn't like lowered street trucks and I showed him the snap of it running and he said "goddd damn that bitch is bad" lol

Then add oil pump, premium sb upgrade (cam, timing set installed along with springs and pr's), and shipping crate.

Then factor in used 243s that I sent out to have ported and milled.

Tbss intake, xlink, new rad, fans, misc gaskets, arp bolts, fluids, sensors, accessories, etc etc.

I wish it was 3k lol
