So, we are most likely buying a new truck, and we aren't quite happy with the available options, so we are planning on doing our own leather upgrade. I know there is katskinz, roadwire and there's another I can't remember off the top of my head that Sam sent me. What are some other options that you suggest? I'd like the ability to have it done at the dealer, so they can be liable (if that is even possible) because I don't know of any reputable upholstery shops around here.

that was it, I remembered and posted it on FB. And guys, I am really looking for suggestions based off actual knowledge. I see a lot of katskinz that look loose, so I don't know if it's installer error or they just don't get tight.

What kinda truck? I know the local Chevy dealer has an accessories area and they install their in-house accessory brand of leather seats. Has to come with some kind of warranty if a dealer sells and installs it.

I was really pleased with Katzkin. Installation was easy and the fit was really good. Would do it again in a second.

No experience with roadwire. But my boss had katzskinz in a couple of his trucks. Had them professionally installed and they were tight and fit great. Super soft too.

I have had 3 katzkin kits. Still own 2 of them.

I would never use anything beside katzkin, the service and quality is bar none! If you upgrade to the Tuscany Leather, Its a full grain. Incredbiley soft and supple.

Most Dealers deal with Katzkins

I spoke with a dealer today, they are willing to do the upgrade. I have 3 other dealers to work with before buying the truck. I am going to work with the 4 surrounding Toyota dealers and see who gives us the best deal. The Limited just may not be the truck we go with, so adding leather will have to happen.
