Iirc mine are on top of the uca. id check but i have to take wheels off to see properly.... someone with big wheels, go look lol

What Alec said, they usually go on top. As long as it's not binding or being pulled you should be good though, just tie rap it to the control arm so it doesn't rub on the sway bar or tie rod.
