Perhaps he means he did a 6.0 swap and the engine only has 30k miles? Too confusing.

I read it as an 03 LT with 30k on a 6.0 swap, also has built trans and ss wheels

....and it does have a boat in the pic so if he tows with it regularly makes sense to me
