Upgraded loaded control arms

Doing some front end maintenance in the near future, does everyone just replace with stock or is there an upgraded control arm set (preferably loaded) I can use without lifting?

2000 Silverado 1500, 4wd

This is what i bought for my 08. So much easier than doing ball joints individually.

i have cognito upper control arms,, great investment. changing the upper ball joint takes 30 min now. from the moment you start grabbing tools until you put tools away.

for lowers, i had a shop install them. fuck that nonsense.
