where can I get a 3" drop block for a 01 silverado

No haven't yet. I need 3" block so I can get 11" in the back
Oh and don't want to do extra work. Like taking on and off my bed

Don't look for drop blocks. All you need is blocks in general. Just find a set of 3" blocks for a silverado won't make a difference if they are drop or not. Searching for drop blocks just limits your search.

you want to do a axle flip, shackles and hangers, then if its not low enough worry about doing blocks,

Doesn't matter if their lift blocks right? And are hangers better than blocks or what

A flip will net you 6", shackles can net you 2", and hangers will net you 2". I'd start there like Ginger said.

And lift blocks are exactly the same as lowering blocks.
