I had a friend tell me about Dying my Interior? Im wanderign does this really work and has anyone ever done it?
Doesnt seem very trustworthy but he told me he had tryed it and it worked.

Everything is maroon headlines/doors/etc.

Or changing interior period is very $$$$$$

or I could go with some seat covers.

Main question is about the dye.

SEM color coat is the way to go, can get at a auto paint supply store . Just clean everything really good and spray.

Yes I've used it on my door panels , dash and a few other trim pieces . Works great, easy to apply and holds up to normal wear and tear .
These door panels were tan . Been in my truck for a few months now and no problem.

No there is no shine to it . When its dry it looks like the factory flat grey . These are obs escalade door panels and the shiny part on mine was a cheap looking fake woodgrain trim piece .
