FFB's Milf-Slayer Build

maybe not these wheels unless its not too much to get them repainted because id say after a couple more summers id either need to turn my tires or get new ones from the sidewalls being worn out. id like to get at least some 20x10's as an upgrade with either nitto trail grapps or the general red letter tires. would look pretty cool in red though, might just plastidip them.

i have never seen this thread in my life!! nice build and get plasti-dip and to the bead-locks red !!! its looks sweet

Needs to be smiley :imo:

its been okay so far, but this past year the big purchases were when i had to replace the transfer case and all the diagnosis of the initial problem was multiplied because id put in the gears at the same time. like the gears in the city, not on the highway, 2600rpm at 75 is a bit much after a while and gotta have bbp figure out how to tune the abs light to stop coming on.

i love the 4.88's around town, i can get into 4th by like 35mph and put around. max shifts are like 40mph and 70mph it works well when i need to downshift. gotta tell justin to retune whatever he did with first gear, it downshifts if i go around a corner from a stopsign to first and kinda jukes it a bit and the 1-2 shift takes a little longer than id like at light throttle and then pretty much immediately shifts from 2-3. in hindsight i probably shoulda listened to umberto and got 4.56's for a couple hundred less rpm on the highway and to be able to retune easier though.

everything is going okay with the truck so far this past year with the new transfer case, axle, hub and the couple small parts ive bought. the next year if im able to save the money up ill be trying to tackle the below list:

Needs:
summer tires
rotors

plans:
#1 is to get new tires.
if the budget is right, ill be looking to offload my summer setup for 20x10's of some sort and some new 35's. if not, ill get new tires for my current summer wheels.
#2 is brakes.
resurfaced the rotors but are at min tolerance so ill be looking to upgrade rotors(slotted of some sort), new heavy duty pads, braided SS lines, and depending if the bleeders are siezed some new calipers (maybe oem or same size with 4 pistons since ive still gotta fit them behind the 17in stock wheels in the winter)
#3 is put rust prevention coating on rear axle, put maghytec cover on, get rear fender liners, and hitch/bumper frame piece painted.
#4 will be new front end parts and paint.
id like to at least get a colormatched grille, 09+ bumper bar (one with opening), handles and rear bumper chrome. ill pull the moldings at this time too incase any paint touchups are needed
#5 is tow mirrors (not colormatched) and factory fog light bumper end caps, clear turn signals, 20in radius LED bar mounted behind the new bumper bar opening.
#6 is to take some time and work on correcting my paint with the PC. It has some swirls, and shouldn't take that long. havent had time this year to do it working weekends.

i know some of this stuff is going to be hard, mainly because its a long expensive list and my pockets are not deep. i need to do #1 and #2 for next year at least. not sure how far ill get without some sort of promotion or raise, but we will see. just wanted to write down the list of needs and wants for the next year. im sure it will take a couple years at least with time restraints and my budget.

depending on your schedule, i can polish the paint in october in a few hours. then let you do whatever you want to do lol

i would just pic up some tires, and have the body guy paint the beadlocks red,
