Huck's 2006 Sierra Crew

Here's some pics I took while I was waiting on the woman for Bfast this morning

Thanks guys! I'm very happy with it, looks like a totally new truck, wish I would've done it sooner. The lights will happen soon enough

Looks good!

Is the rear really that low to the front or is it just the picture?

:shake: It's just that picture, I've only got about 3/4" of lean
Thanks I'm looking at the 295/55/20.

No problem, you'll like em alot. Just be sure to find a place that can road force balance them. I had discount tire balance these 3 times when they were on the other set of wheels and they could never get them to balance well (I think it was more an issue of not wanting to take the time to break the tire down and spin it on the rim). Took it to Kauffman tire and they road force balanced them and they're perfect with not much weight

Night and day difference, just need to get some black vinyl between those windows now. :naughty:

Yeah, most shops won't bother with spinning the wheels on the rims to get them perfect. Their answer most of the time is just add more weights :nono: We have both the standard balancer and the new road force balancers at work and we don't even use the standard ones anymore. Matter of fact I got an email from my district manager on Friday that they will be coming by next week to take the standard machines. The only balancers we will have is the road force ones. :success:

IMO. Need to order my vinyl and get the tint redone.

That's awesome tho, idk why more places don't have at least 1 road force balancer. Makes such a difference. I won't ever go to discount again I'll tell ya that

Well you don't need to go anywhere else now anymore

Reason more people don't have them is they cost close to $13K each. They way I look at it is even if your shop is small you only really need one and the time it saves is worth it because it will pay for itself IMO. We actually have two of them and will possibly be getting a third. As far as volume sales go my store is consistently in the top 5 for the ATL region so we can justify it. Also when ever anyone gets new equipment we are on of the first to get them lol.

Small update. Got my Denali's, corners, Silvy tails, and rear Bilstiens on. The truck rides like a Cadillac now, can't wait to get the fronts on too. Also got my black vinyl in to do the big window mod

Haven't had a chance to drive it in the dark yet so we'll see how well I aimed the headlights in the shop lol. Not a bad pattern for aftermarket, but looking forward to my retro to see the difference. Gotta order some 6500k fogs from TRS to match, my VVME 6000k are too blue now.

Also, yes I've got amber. No I'm not clearing them. It looks dumb, there's clearly a piece missing when you do that. I MIGHT pull the reflectors out and paint them silver and get clear corners but I don't mind the amber for now

They're a little crooked but I can't seem to adjust them any more. Is that just how they are? Both of them are identically crooked
