once i get them, i should get time to draw them up inbetween work, and get a quote, the longest part is getting them lazer cut. normally around 2-3 weeks to get them done. because they get put into the production list.
 
First thing I do this weekend is head to the wrecker and look for the Denali headlights. There a way to polish my parking lamps? I don't want to replace so much as I would like them to look new. There all foggy :/
 
Normally the haze on them is on the Inside. you can try the headlight polish kits, of wet sanding and buffing. but they normally haze back up pretty quick.

I may have to sell my 5.0 projectors and adaptors if these turn out as good as i think they will.

cool beans. I have it half drawn i just need the projector to make the opening and the mounting holes.

shouldnt take more then a hour to draw it up. production will be the longest part.

tony, the will prolly be the same cost as the first set of 5.0's i made, and ill prolly cut the price of my 5.0 projector plates.
 
Seeing how I got you the outline of the original ones, you should cut me a deal on the new ones.

i may be able to, Kyle is getting a set for free or cost depending on my cost. because he took the risk of sending me the projectors.

They may have a template in them, which would make my life even easier

I'm just looking forward to having proper hids on my truck. I see so many trucks that just plug them in, like me, and they are as happy as pigs in shit. I've seen a couple where they put them in aftermarket projectors like the spyders and they are horrid to drive towards and look like they have very little output. Until I decide on a lightbar, this will probably be one of my most useful mods.
 
i dont know if its actuall size or not, im not going to take the rise when im spending as much as i am on having them made.
