My 95 OBS

so i started working on the esky console a bit bc the top piece cracked where the cupholders are (due to the way i had it sitting in my closet) and if it wasnt for the black foam tape on the underside they would have cam apart. cleaned up the spots where i was gonna use the epoxy crap and got to work, i havent sanded anything yet bc i wanted to let it cure for a while.

and yes i realize its really dirty, i havent cleaned it up yet.











next step ill do is sand it lightly but not enough to get to the plastic bc i dont want the crack to show through or the piece break
 
Well waiting to hear back from the same guy who helped rebuild the 327 for our 67 c10 so we can get a price to do mine.

Bought some Blue glass- amber output turn signal and corner bulbs. IMO they look good!






ill get some lit up pics tonight if i remember

Plan on getting it rebuilt and put some oversized pistons in it and bore it out a little, but my dad drained the oil in it while i was gone in colorado for 2 weeks and he said there was some metal shavings that drained and a little on the oil dipstick :\.
 
Heres some night shots.
They aren't as amber as i anticipated......we will see when the truck gets back on the road if i get stopped for em (if i do i have the 2357 amber bulbs in the truck i could easily swap out)

This makes em look amber....I KNOW ITS DIRTY :\
