picked up a 94 Silverado a while back. 150k. since having the truck I noticed that when I brake hard. the truck would pull to the right. checked around and found that most likely the driver side caliper was sticking.
so yesterday I had a buddy change rotors, pads, and calipers.
now the truck has new parts up front. and truck is still pulling to the right when I brake. kid said maybe one of the rubber lines need to be replaced?
is this a possible reason for why the truck is still pulling?
im pretty sure the truck needs to be aligned. the steering wheels is not sitting right. but that should have nothing to do with the truck pulling while braking should it.?
rears need to be done as well as a tune up. I think parts are original. still have numbered wires.

also, I hear this noise. not sure where its coming from. not really sure how to describe it. but when I take off from a stop. I hear the noise. sounds like its coming from rear of truck. almost sounds like if the bed is not attached or something.

lastly. I feel like when im driving down the road. I almost feel the truck pause while driving. not really pause. but its like I feel the tires rotating inside the truck. instead of going down the road with a smooth ride in the cab. I feel like there is a pause in the rotatation or something. probly not explaining it too well. but these are my issues.

would mainly like to resolve the brake issue

thanks for any help.

Brakes - Could have a pinched brake hose causing the caliper to drag or vose versa. Depends how bad the alignment is may cause it to dart when braking

Is the noise at the back a clunk? The older trucks are plagued with driveshaft yoke clunks

thanks for reply man. my friend said the metal lines looked good. but maybe the rubber lines are collapse or something like that.

I would not really call the noise out back a clunk. sounds more like if the bed is sliding. but its not. something metallic. but not a squeal. I have that squeal when I turn wheel to left in slow motion...guess that's a different issue.
but the noise is hard to explain so it makes sense. it is annoying to. don't think beds moving at all. maybe rear. or u joint I don't know.
will I need any special tools to swap rubbers?

Regular wrenches would work but line wrenches would be ideal

I just went out there and took a look at it. not sure what line wrenches are. but think I might spray some lube on it now and attempt tomorrow. I know that if I do it wrong ill mess up the steel lines...which I don't want to have to replace. maybe ill soak em now and it will break free for me easier tomorrow. will I make a mess when I undo the top part of brake hose. or is it a minimal amount ill be dealing with.
appreciate the replies and help.
