Silverado extendable visors

Which years/trim levels had them? I have crappy non-extending ones in my 2000 1500, pretty sure it's a W/T. Rubber floor, manual mirrors, locks, windows. AM/FM but it has A/C.

Is there a plastic piece that extends, or does the whole visor slide out further on the rod?

Plastic. I've never seen the whole thing slide, doesn't mean they aren't out there though.

I think my 04 Sierra SLT had the ones that slide out on the rod iirc

My 05 silverado ss has the plastic slides on the inner end of le visor
