Slow RCSB bagged build

What a difference a 1/2" makes. Moved the lower bag bolts inboard, helped the angle a little, top and bottom bag plates are level at ride height. They are still arching just not as bad as before. Today I ordered the ss upper bracket, and slam re7s I'm thinking the dominators have something to do with it cause they are so soft they can't really hold their shape vertically.

Every bag will arch. The control arm suspension is doing it. It has nothing to do with the bag. If you like the re-7's more than the dominators, it will be only the second person I've heard say that.

Thanks for the help again tukn. The angle still doesn't look that great, dr side is much better but the pass side is still kinda off. The bag plates are level at ride height but the middle part still bulges. I'm thinking it might have to do with that the bags are d2500s vs a 2600 bag and there has to be so much pressure to get it up to ride height.

Got the specialty suspension upper bracket and slams on the way. I also have a pair of dominator 2600s I was gonna use on the rear but I might use those up front and the slams in the back, since I hear the 6 link rides a little soft anyways.

Thanks guys, lots more work to do. Still not even done in the front, and there's the whole back left, plus I want to add another 5 gal of air

Ok guys it's been a while, but got and update!

But before I get into that, I need to go on a rant. IF YOUR WISE NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SPECIALTY SUSPENSION/STONE FAB!!!!!!!!!! I ordered parts back in July as you can see from my last update, I ordered a front bracket, slam re7's, step notch and watts link. And to this day I am still waiting on parts! I first received the watts, in about 2 weeks which is pretty standard time to hawaii. Check the box and there's only half the hardware in there, bolts with no nuts and the bushing, bolt, and nut for the propeller are also missing. From then I waited a month and nothing came so I tried giving them a call, and after countless calls and messages left, I finally was able to get a hold of someone that assured me the remaining parts went out 2 days ago, they even gave a tracking number. Another 2 more weeks go by, so I go ahead and call ups give them the tracking and the guy tells me a number was created but they never did take custody of the parts. So after another week of trying to get a hold of someone there finally get nick olivares(formerly of AVS) on the phone and he tells me that ups lost the shipment, when I already know that they never did take custody of the parts??? Total BS. Another month goes by and after I send a threatening email(business feedback wise) to nick, he returns my email saying that the situation is unacceptable blah blah blah, and he would upgrade me to the raised upper front bracket, and get the missing hardware and notch out to me ASAP and even refund me $50 for the hassle. So he did then send out a box with tracking, after opening it only the front brackets are in there, no notch, no missing hardware. Then a week ago a box randomly shows up at my door with re7s in there. Which brings us to tonight 3 months later and I am still waiting on a step notch, missing watts hardware, and a supposed $50 refund. I've pretty much accepted that I've been ripped off cause I can't file a credit card dispute cause it's been too long already. On a brighter note I redid my front setup.

Clean slate

Didn't get too much in process cause I was running short on time, and getting frustrated, so only got mostly assembled shots. Got frustrated cause on the pass side the rail kicks out and is not a flat surface, not knowing that you need to cut out the curved portion(like the ekstensive kit which I'm not familiar with) I just lined up the locating holes and welded it up. Thanks again nick for responding to my email about how these install. So had to cut it all off and redo everything again on the pass side. (BIG thanks to tukn4s for helping me out!!! alignment shop was able to zero out camber, but @ a low ride height 27.5" ground to fender on 265/35/22)

Put in some shocks today (since I don't have to go to work till the selfish politicians figure shit out), seemed like a lot more room in the front vice behind the control arm, and I'm not planning on running a sway bar so they went there.

So all I got left to do is a little more cutting on the fenders, install tubs, paint everything and the trans crossmember then I'll be done with the front. I think I'm through the long leg of it.

Sorry for the long ass post, if on the off chance they're reading this fuck specialty suspension and nick olivares this whole ordeal has been UNSAT, that is all.

that sucks man, what shocks are these?

Yeah it does, I'm sure you know where I'm coming from. Shocks are qa1 singles, forgot the part number but I had to modify them to work eye to eye. I originally was going to use the stud top but I think it was gonna bind not being able to pivot.

Just finished front brakes, baer eradispeed +1s. Went with the 14" kit vs 15" cause I think both setups have the same contact area and I didn't want to shell out more only to change to stock calipers. I can't afford calipers for these rotors at the moment, gotta finish baggin first.

14" rotor setup with ebc 7000 pads, I will eventually color match the calipers and brackets. I need longer stainless lines cause I was unaware that the relocation bracket interferes with the spindle bracket for the line.

Looking good! Subb'ed for progress, any chance of pics on the accuair sensors mounted front/rear? I have the strong arms and KP, strongly thinging about going with the Accuair e-level :)
