Throttle position sensor 2006 silvy

Alright guys please help me clear this issue. My CEL came on along with Reduced Engine Power. Went for a scan and it came up as loose or faulty connection. I checked my connection and it was somewhat loose but even after cleaning and reconnecting the message would come up every now and then. Now it will come up everyday, always while my wife is driving it back from her work. I want to replace the whole thing but dealership is saying I need to replace the whole TB. Online searches and O'reillys show two completely different TPS'.

Replace it on my truck few years back looked like the first picture was super easy to fix

Go to a junk yard and get both. Like ten bucks. Just swapped mine out like a month ago. Maybe a 20 min job if that.

Where is the first one located? Under the cover?

Just realized title said 06. Both of mine were on the right side, one on top of the other. Surely they're not that much diff though.

I think the 2nd is from 03-06

It is, I don't have anything on the left side if my throttle body.
