Haha I know. It sucks because with the 280lbs of sand in the bed I already hit the notch over large bumps. Helpers are top of the list this summer.

New to me truck! 2002 short box. 5.3L loaded every option. Decent shape, no rust. Needs a few PDR and a rear bumper. Changed a broken leaf spring and threw in 2" shackles today. 178,000 km 110,000 miles

Honestly? Add factory rear bumper, take out some dents, get stereo working properly, install new full chrome fender trim, and probably add some thin black plastic flaps. Weak I know, but I bought it to replace my winter driver 06 Cobalt. Depending on the dollars I get out of the Cobalt it may see some factory 20s. I already have two trucks with "limited abilities". Its pretty nice to drive this one up curbs and over bumps with no thought or worry. If I hang on to it for a couple years Im sure itll get lowered and become "the wifes truck".
Ideally I would 5/7 static it. Got the 1" coils and shackles already. Just need the $500 DJM 4/6 kit. But as stated above ^
