CST 4" lift spindles(FOR 2WD ONLY). CSS-C1-4 These have around 6K miles on them. Removed them for my cogntio lift. Cheaper alternative them a drop crossmember type lift, no change in ride quality for an added 4" of lift. All stock shocks and everything else works with these. Fits 01-10 1500HD/2500HD/3500HD 2wd
