On my moms Suburban at night the front and rear passenger side running lights don't come on but the blinkers still work. I looked at the fuses and checked the ones that I would think might have any connection to them.

Is there another fuse I should look at it? Or is it wiring?

Double check the fuses under the hood. Each light has its own fuse. I know for a fact the rear passenger side parking light is labeled "RR PARK" because mine was blown before. The front one will probably be "RF PARK" .

I didn't think to check the bulbs because the blinkers work. The front is also LED so I assumed they were fine. I will check the fuses again

There will be a socket that the light bulb goes into. It is probably corroded, I had to replace mine

3157 bulb is a dual contact, dual filment bulb. This is how it can function as a running light and a brighter turn signal. Check the bulbs make sure they are seated correctly. Turn the parking lights on and just mess with it until they light up.

Yeah, bulbs could be bad. I once had both my DRL bulbs go out at once since they were both out I assumed it was a fuse or relay or something. I was chasing down circuits left and right until I finally broke out my meter and tested voltage at the sockets with the truck running and in gear. That's when I finally realized the bulbs were bad.

I had this happen on my old 95 silverado, there's a fuse that controls the running/park lamps. I replaced that fuse and it would pop would pop within a few minutes of driving. Ended up having a short in the chassis harness, had to fix the short where it was rubbing the frame, and then it was good to go.
