The clock is ticking fast til the SEMA SHOW. After receiving an Airaid Intake System and Throttle Body, Optima Yellow Top Battery and Magnaflow Cat Back Exhaust we got to town on installing it.

The Airaid Intake System and Throttle Body installed in less than an hour. Our 2013 Silverado has just a little 4.3 so any extras help! We used part number 200-585-1 for the Throttle Body and 200585-1 for the Intake System. We wanted a deeper sound from our exhaust none better to use then a Magnaflow's Cat Back System Part#17101. The truck has a much better sound and better throttle response.

The whole install took just about hour and half. Everything under the hood was a simple bolt on. The Magnaflow kit required to cut the factory exhaust.

Improved throttle response is great, but the sound from an aftermarket muffler on a 4.3 is rarely good above 1k RPMs. Any sound clips?

Post a sound clip for sure. Any more plans with the 4.3? Just curious, I'm stuck with one myself lol

Just went and listened to the clip. Doesn't sound to bad. Better than I was expecting as well!

LOL yes I am a Cowboys fan. I was confident that Magnaflow's system would give me the sound I was after. I have used their systems on a few projects now with great results. Install was a breeze too.
