So I had an alarm shop install an auto up/down module on my FRONT windows when they installed my 791xv. After install, rear windows wont roll up/down. Plug going to rear windows have power, I can get a jumper cable and make the window go down though. Drivers switches wont do shit for rear windows either, controls front passenger just fine though. I bought good, used rear window switches and still cant lower/raise the rear windows....I havent replaced the driver switch panel, trying not to waste money on this. I plan on taking it back to the shop tomorrow, just figured Id ask u guys what u think.

Check/swap the relays front to rear? The front/rear windows are on separate circuits. There is a front relay and a rear relay. It is possible this got blown somehow? It would still allow there to be power to the switches, but not to the motors themselves when you use the switch.

I suggested that a relay for fuse (common sense for installer) and that should have been the first thing for a good installer! That, or possibly a wrongly wired module.

Where would this relay be?

Switched those 2 relays around, nothing. :emo:

Yeah, my cousin unplugged a cable that hooks into the bcm. Took me hours to figure out why my rear windows wouldn't roll up. wish I would've seen this sooner.
