New Whip!!

My KW Variant 2's work great and ride awesome. Probably around 1500-2k for those. THe v3's hwoever are like 3k

8 years of driving, 4 cars, never had a flat before (one car didn't even have a spare or inflation kit) and what happens a month after I buy my new car? This

Must have picked it up in the parking lot at work. Was barely in the tire, but enough that it was completely flat when I got off work. No spare, just a factory one-time use slime/air pump. Got it home with that, then plugged it and moved it to the rear. So now the search for a spare tire/jack commences

Better pic of the Kooks mufflers. All stainless, beautiful mufflers and sound great.

Gonna need tires soon too. Should I just throw some 275/40/19s on my stockers and spend the extra $$ on a drop for it, or do 275/315 F/R on some 19x9/19x10 wheels and wait on the drop?
275s on stockers and Steeda Sport springs

Or, I'm considering 2010 GT500 wheels

or the Boss 302s wheels, but I would get the lighter finish ones- like the bottom ones

Right now for reference

Yeah, I like the look of the stockers, but they're only 9" wide so I can't run the 315s out back like I want. And they're a painted finish, so they're a bitch to keep clean. The GT500/Boss wheels are painted too, but I'd probably have them stripped and powdered

Finally got some time to get some videos of my car now that I've got the Lethal Performance offroad X-pipe on to go along with the Kooks axle backs.

In car with the windows up going easy

In car, windows down getting on it. The last half is romping it in 2nd/3rd gear over a bridge. B.A.L.D. tires so NOOOO traction lol

Outside the car. Romping in 2nd/3rd again with no traction. Revs at the end

:shake: Thanks dood. The ORX changed the whole attitude of the car. Not gonna lie though, I was hoping for a "tinnier", raspier sound. May end up trying some different mufflers later down the road

 Built motor and Wheeple are wayyyyy down the road. Unless I score a badass job any time soon lol

Stock wheels and a drop will look far better then wheels on a stock suspension

That's what I'm thinking too. I'm thinking I'll do the suspension with my tax return and just go with a square 275/40/19 setup for now

Hopefully here very soon, definitely with the tax return, but maybe sooner. It sucks tho, these cars can't simply be dropped. The old SN95s just needed springs/shocks and it'd be good, handled and hooked up just fine.

These new cars, to do it right, you gotta get springs/shocks/rear LCAs/LCA drop brackets/rear UCA/adjustable panhard bar. These things have wheel hop like hell :pissed:
Gonna go with:
BMR springs
Tokico adjustable shocks/struts
BMR adj panhard bar
Haven't decided on LCAs/Relo's/UCA yet tho

**edit** Just looked a little bit, looks like I'll just go with BMR everything
